Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

Returns due to company default, damaged, or poor-quality products will be considered.

A short video of delivery will be required for acknowledgment.

Returns must be made within 10 days from the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and risks.

To initiate a return for damaged or defective products, inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds Policy

Refunds will be made under the following conditions:

If you receive an item different from what was ordered.

If the order was not delivered.

Complaints regarding product quality will be investigated, and if found valid, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Discounted or exempted amounts, as well as gift cards, are not eligible for refund.

Refunds will be issued only after successful receipt of returned goods.

Replacement Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.

If cancelled after 24 hours but before shipping, the entire amount will be refunded, subject to deduction of charges if any.

If cancelled after shipment but before delivery, two-way shipping costs will be deducted.

Partly order cancellation is not possible. Please cancel the entire order and re-order.

The company reserves the right to cancel an order, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All cancellations are subject to a 2.5% cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of your total order value.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {SBI Bank, TKV chauk, Patur District  Akola Maharashtra 444501}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
